Q: Method of Payment?
A: We happily accept all major credit cards-- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. We also accept payments made by check or money order. We do not ship COD.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Sales: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Central Time
Production : Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Central Time
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. Please call (800) 836-4683 to request a return authorization. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Q: What Type of Primers do you use?
A: We use CCI Primers. CCI #500 for the primed 9mm & 40 S&W and CCI #400 for our primed .223
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is restricted to the 50 United States. Shipments to Massachusetts require a Federal Firearms License.
Q: What is the turnaround for shipping?
A: Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 12PM MT may not begin processing until the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will not begin processing until the next available business day.
Q: What method of shipping do you use?
A: We use UPS for shipping in the lower 48. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.
